Project Description

Case Study | Abarel Creative Studio × Bridge Solutions Hub S.A.

Brief

Client: Bridge Solutions Hub S.A. – Chemical Tiger
Products: Clima Set refrigerant canister & Pro Line hose (new 2026 launch)
Deliverable: Advertising film with DIY instructional elements, up to 3 minutes
Distribution: Amazon and major e-commerce platforms
Languages: PL / EN / FR / DE / ES / IT / SV / RO

"We needed something that sells and instructs at the same time – a film that feels like an ad but works like a manual."

Challenge

The client came to us with a clear vision: a dynamic, sun-drenched promotional film for two automotive products – the Clima Set refrigerant and the brand-new Pro Line hose, launching in 2026. The film had to walk a fine line between advertising energy and DIY instructional clarity.

Two additional challenges made this production demanding:

1. The California vibe problem.
The brief called for warm, sunny visuals – the kind of golden-hour glow that signals summer freedom and outdoor confidence. The shoot was scheduled for mid-March in Poland. Getting that Californian atmosphere in Central European spring required careful location scouting, precise scheduling around weather windows, and a crew that could move fast when the sun showed up.

2. Eight languages, one film.
The finished Polish master had to be translated into seven additional language versions – each with a fully adapted voiceover script timed to the exact same edit. No cuts, no re-edits. The VO text had to fit within 3 minutes in each language, accounting for the natural length differences among Polish, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, and Romanian.

Production Process

Pre-Production

We opened with a scriptwriting and storyboarding phase in close collaboration with the client. Working at Boords.com, we developed a visual storyboard that allowed the client to review shot composition and narrative flow before a single frame was filmed. This early alignment saved significant time on set and in the edit.

The voiceover script went through multiple rounds of refinement – balancing technical precision (R134a, R1234yf refrigerant specs, pressure readings, adapter requirements) with accessible, confident language suitable for a DIY audience.

A complete shot list was prepared and locked before production day.

Production

One sunny day in March. One location. One actor. One car. One small, tight Abarel crew.

The location was selected to deliver maximum visual warmth – open garage setting, clean architecture, good southern exposure. We planned our shooting window around the forecast and were ready to move the moment conditions aligned. The result: rich, warm visuals that carry the energy of the brief despite the calendar.

The film features a real actor working with real equipment in a real garage environment – keeping the instructional sequences authentic while maintaining the polished, confident aesthetic of a product advertisement.

Post-Production

Post-production spanned several days and included:

  • Editing – dynamic pacing that mirrors the energy of the product while respecting the instructional structure

  • Motion graphics & infographic animations – on-screen labels, pressure tables, product diagrams and part callouts, all designed for clarity on e-commerce platform screens

  • Sound design & music

  • Polish voiceover recording – professional studio VO

Multilingual Adaptation

Following client approval of the Polish master, we produced seven additional language versions. Each version required:

  • Full VO script translation and timing adaptation (target: 150 words/minute, max 3 minutes)

  • Language-specific compression where needed – German in particular required significant structural editing to fit the same runtime due to compound word length

  • Phonetic rendering of technical refrigerant designations (R134a, R1234yf) for each language, ensuring correct pronunciation by voiceover artists

  • Localised infographic text for all on-screen labels, tables and product callouts

  • Voiceover recording for each language

Languages delivered:
🇵🇱 Polish · 🇬🇧 English · 🇫🇷 French · 🇩🇪 German · 🇪🇸 Spanish (Castilian) · 🇮🇹 Italian · 🇸🇪 Swedish · 🇷🇴 Romanian

Results

A complete series of eight product films, ready for deployment across Amazon and international e-commerce platforms – each version fully localised, timed and optimised for its target market.
